We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash in-store.
Q6. Is there an age limit for your VR games?
Yes, minimum age requirements vary by game. Please check each game's details when booking or contact us for clarification.
Q7. Can we host a birthday party or a corporate event?
Absolutely, Escape Infinity turns birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions into unforgettable, high-energy adventures. Celebrate differently — and make it epic
Q8. What should I wear to the game?
Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely — you'll be walking, crouching, and exploring in VR. We recommend bringing socks, as you'll be playing barefoot in the arena.
Q9. Can we take photos at the arena?
Absolutely! We’ll take a group photo before your game so you have a fun memory to take home. You’re also welcome to snap your own photos or ask our team to record a video while you play — we’re happy to help!
Q10. Do you disinfect the equipment?
Absolutely. Your health and safety are our top priority, so we carefully disinfect all equipment after every game to ensure a clean and safe experience for you.
Q11. Can I bring my own drinks and food?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to celebrate birthdays or corporate events. For everyone’s safety and comfort, alcohol and hookah are not allowed.
Q12. What happens if I arrive late?
Arriving late may reduce your game time to avoid delays for other customers. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time.
Q13. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime up to 12 hours before your booking without charges. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge added to your next visit.
Q14. Can VR cause motion sickness?
Some people may experience mild discomfort or motion sickness. Please consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns before participating.
