Welcome to Escape Infinity! We’re thrilled to have you here for an unforgettable virtual reality adventure. Before we begin, please take a moment to read this agreement. It helps us keep you safe and ensures you fully understand the experiences you’re about to enjoy.

1. What We Offer

At Escape Infinity, you can enjoy a wide range of immersive experiences, including:

• Exciting VR escape rooms

• VR free-roam games where you move freely within a larger play area

• Engaging games designed for all ages that involve physical movement, help burn calories, and provide lots of fun

These experiences involve wearing a VR headset, using controllers, and moving around within our designated play zones.

2. Understanding the Risks

We prioritize your safety and have implemented strong safety measures. However, like any physical activity, there are some risks, such as:

• Feeling dizzy, disoriented, or experiencing motion sickness

• Slips, trips, or falls due to physical movement

• Collisions with equipment, walls, or other participants

• Muscle strain, soreness, or fatigue from energetic gameplay

• Exacerbation of any pre-existing medical conditions

• Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally uncomfortable during intense experiences

• Rare equipment malfunctions

• Unknown or unforeseen risks

3. Your Choice, Your Safety

Your participation is completely voluntary, and by choosing to join us, you accept these risks. Please let us know if you feel unwell or need assistance at any point – our friendly team is here to help and make your experience enjoyable.

4. Alcohol and Drugs

For your safety and enjoyment, we ask that you do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If we notice signs of intoxication, we may ask you to reschedule your visit for another day.

5. Our Promise and Your Agreement

By joining us today, you agree that:

• You understand and accept all risks related to participating in our VR experiences and using our premises.

• You release Escape Infinity, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims for injuries, health issues, or lost personal items while participating, except where prohibited by law.

• You will take care when using our equipment and follow all staff instructions to keep yourself and others safe.

6. If Anything Comes Up

If there is ever a disagreement, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Any formal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, and by participating, you waive your right to a jury trial.

8. Signing for Minors

If you’re signing on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to do so.

9. Final Acknowledgements

By signing below, you confirm:

• You’ve read and understood this agreement.

• You’re joining us voluntarily and understand the risks involved.

• You’ll follow all safety rules and team instructions.

• You’re medically fit to participate or have checked with your doctor if needed.

• You’ll let us know immediately if you feel uncomfortable or unwell during your visit.

Electronic Signature Acknowledgement

By clicking or initialing electronically, you acknowledge this signature is legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
